A gallery of his work for sale is here: http://www.hackelbury.co.uk/artists/ronis/ronis_sm.html if anyone has a spare $6,000 they don't need for lenses.

It is interesting material, the same way that many old photos are intersting, but I can't for the life of me work out what is so special about e.g. a woman's legs stepping across a puddle that merits such a price tag. Except that it has a signature on it, I suppose.

The Provence Nude and the sleeping girl are outstanding, the timing on the shot of guys diving into the dock is impressive but several others strike me as being no better than ordinary snaps.

So the question is: how do I become sufficiently famous to command this sort of price tag for my work? 38c a sale seems a little modest in comparison with these prices.
