Picked up a cheap Chinon CM-4s and a Chinon 50mm 1.9 at a local store.

Checked the lens, meter, and shutter - all fine.

It appears that the Frame Counter is stuck, however. As I understand it, when the back is opened it should reset. The counter pin, I think is free to move, and when the back opens it does flicker slightly but never moves below "34".

Any ideas before I bring it back?
