Canon AF35M II is me newest toy. I just found it today at a local thrift shop for $2.
I have started a small collection of rangefinder and zone focus cameras.
This is actually an autofocus camera, so I hope it's okay to post it here.

What little I've read so far,is:
( New Version) 1983
4 elements in 4 groups
38 2.8 lens
CAFS system

Looks like a fun camera. Anyone have one?
I will post a pic of mine later today. But here is a link to info on this camera.

looks like a good one, from the square primitive-digital inspired design era. Good cameras back then, they hadn't engineered the weight and quality out yet. Look forward to samples and a pic of Lunaboy himself Wink

I have a Canon Shureshot Supreme, a bit later product I think, with 35mm 2.8 too. Funny AF thing, found on a market, in case, for € 10. Larger and heavier then Olympus mju II, but working OK.

Mine is actually marked Sure Shot. But it's totally identical to the AF 35M II.
Here a couple of quick pics of the camera.

Okay, now I know why mine is a Sure Shot.

(New) Sure Shot = US market
AF 35M II = Euro market
Autoboy 2 = Japan market
