Yashica 35-70 zooms?

I have won a Yashica MC 35-70 3.5-4.5 zoom with the c/y-mount. Now, I have read good things about the 35-70mm zooms, but the f-stop seem to vary - there seem to be different models? Does someone have experience with that lens?

Well, it will be very interesting to test I'm told it has been shipped, form Canada though so it will be a few days to get it here...

Not much, but appparently Fotomagazin had said "almost as good as Zeiss", thats what got me buying this one (and the price)
