Here's a sunset image of rock formations in Goblin Gates Park in Utah.

This old slide (approximately 20 years old) took a lot of cloning to get all the dust off, although ICE helped quite a bit. Also, there is some fringing, but not all that bad for an "old" camera and lens. Cool

I don't know if it's me, my eyes or my monitor but I see some halo around the border between the black area and the lighted one... ... Have you applied a sharpening mask?.

I think you mean Goblin Valley State Park in Utah.
