? Zuiko 3.5/21 vs Flek 2.8/20 ?

I've the flek in PB mount and right now it's on the road to me.
Now I'm looking for 2-3 of this Zuikos for my friends and I got a really good offer for one and it made me to think which one is better. I know that both have their pros and cons but I don't know exactly what are these and do I need the Zuiko when I've already a faster and wider Flek?
For example sharpness, contrast, bokeh performance is not clear to me.

zuiko:
- smaller
- lighter
- distortion-free
flek:
- faster
- wider
- it is Zeiss

Please enlighten me.
If my final decision will be holding on the Flek then this Zuiko will be one of my lucky 5D owner friends. Btw, I know that Zuiko has no problems with the mirror, right? this is important cause none of them wants to even touch the mirror

I have both , no IQ difference, but I love Zuiko better.
