Well project 99% finished (just few light leaks remain) so i had to try the lens already. My first TS modification, going around 28-80mm, adjustable aperture must be preset with stick. Photos made on low winter afternoon light thus ISO800 on Pentax K10D and some old cinema filter applied since colors and noise were ugly. All wide-open.

I posted many samples to show how subject can be emphasized. Sadly most are from my window to catch last of today light.

All opinions appreciated.

Congratulations! Fine results. I made one by cutting off the front of a folder. It sits on the shelf untested, now I have some incentive. Again, good project.

Since many hours of work this demo sample isn't for sale but i would possibly accept an order.

Looks like primarly Tilt with only shift as a siede effect?
I have modified some Canon FD lenses as tilt lenses, too:

My experiments with zoom lenses are "on hold" at the moment.

It shifts too, maybe it isn't so clear on the photos but leather is very flexible. Your mod is great, i loved the samples. Otherwise your page superb collection of DIY - i will be helpful for me also. Regarding ZOOM-s mostly they are uninteresting but these 28-80 i found such underdogs with their big front glass i had to make them appreciated Smile.

Yes, the leather looks a bit stiff to me on the images.
My first T/S DIY solution is a FD 28/2.8 with some insulating stripes instead of the mount. It can bei shiftet and tilted, fully hand-hold on a crop-DSLR.

I made some tests with a zoom lens, without any mechanics, only handholding. And I rerconized that I need a third or forth hand to manipulat the zoom while looking trhoug the camera. So that lens is still onmy workbench.

P0002 - second project completed. Again infinity can be reached, sharpness is satisfactory even at 2000px.
The design is firmer and more durable now.

To photos I applied some simple serial processing that changed tone and contrast a bit.
With sample photos i wanted to show selection of subject over distance.
