I'm seriously tempted to make the absurd: this lens in front of my (arriving, my Alpha900 is dead) A7r.
And also Distagon 40 (Ever for Hassy). Better: adapted to the tilt/shift adapter for Canon and then to Canon-E mount adapter.
It seems (it is) crazy, but I didn't make many mountain shots as this one (and as all of us here I think the lens has a weight....).

It's really a non-sense to put these >1kg lenses (the Distagon 40! a marble block!) on a nex or a7 or fuji or similar.
They are already overweighted for a robust reflex as eos5d or alpha900....
But the fact is that on 24X36 or less we are using the heart of the lens.
