It's a 5 shot HDR, 1 stop apart (Magic Lantern). I used Photomatix Pro to combine the shots, using the Contrast Optimiser option. The rest of the editing was done in Nik's Color Efex Pro. The scene was a bit drab really but I thought I could drag some colour out of it, turns out I was right.
