Igor, please assemble your response in one post, not to "inflate" the thread.

Got the lens and to my surprise it was not the one I won on the ebay. I won 210mm f4 N and it was delivered 210mm f4, like the one pictures are taken in this tread. Mad

The lens is in almost new condition, not even dust inside. Do not know if I should be happy or mad!

I open the case in the ebay resolution center and hope that I will get N series lens... I might keep this one too but if the seller gives me a good discount and I will get the anyway N one. I just took one picture and I see very light CA. Also when lens is mounted onto Fotodiox pro adapter it passes infinity.

well , in my ebay experience , such seller mistakes end up with "returns accepted" but the return shipping must be paid by the BUYER !!!!

Just make sure that the lens is indeed not the "N" version.
It will be labelled Mamiya-Sekor C 210mm 1:4 N
The "C" is in green and the "N" plain white
Sometimes when one sees the "C" one may miss the "N"
Worth checking before you get too far with a dispute.

I don't think that I am making mistake here... Here is the original listing: http://www.ebay.com/itm/271393188919?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

and here are the pictures what I got... see the difference in the focus ring (last picture here) and on the ebay add

No, no mistake.
He has sent the wrong one.
Good luck with the resolution process.

must be a mistake.. otherwise he wouldn't write this:

Please look at the photos carefully.

Currently going back and forth... He admitted that he made mistake and sold to someone else the "N" lens... Now he wants me to send him lens back but I asked to refund me money for shipping as he admitted a mistake on his side or I gave him a option to refund me 30$ and I will keep the lens. Probably later I will get 210mm N version. Let's wait and see what he has to say.

BTW shipping from Canada to Japan is 44.20$ incl. tracking and insured for 100$.

I hope that you get a satisfactory resolution to your problem.
From what I have read, there is little between the 210C and 210N lenses.
The improvements of the "N" lenses over the original "C's" appear most manifest in the shorter focal lengths where new optical designs were used.
Of course all of the "N's" had better coatings.
You have got a lens in excellent condition for the moment - why not try it out.
