jupiter-9 2/85mm kiev-10,kiev-15

hello every one.
i saw a really clean jupiter-9 85mm kiev-10 mount lens in a camera store for about 28$.it does not have any aperture control.
my question:does it has same optical formula and quality like the m42 or m39 mount?
also he has a Jupiter-8 53mm F2 for kiev-4 and a jupiter 135mm f4 for kiev-10.how about these lenses?

As far as I know, Jupiter-9 in Kiev-10 mount has the same optical formula (if not, name would be different).

Jupiter-8 and Jupiter 135mm (11 or 37) are well known to be good performers
