Many of You are familiar with photographic works of Klaus (kds315*) on this subject.

Below I want to share my humble selection of my most favorite shots I took this year. warning - these are mostly flowers.

All pictures were taken with either full/spectrum modified NEX-5N or NEX-5, different manual focus lenses ranging in focal length from 20mm to 100mm, and Baader-U2 uv-pass filter.

1) Acantholimon armenum

2) Wood anemone (Anemone nemorosa)

3) Winter aconite (Eranthis hyemalis)

4) Gazania cultivar

5) Squill (Scilla sp.) and Yellow Star of Bethlehem (Gagea lithea sp.)

6) Dandelion (Taraxacum sp.)

7) Black-eyed Susan (Rudbeckia hirta)

8 ) Meadow

Thanks for looking, Alex

Great to see those here Alex! That last one is very special and hardly found,
a wide angle UV shot! Not easy to do as there are only a few lenses capable
of that!

That armenian flower #1 looks very delicate, transparent petals if I see that
correctly?

Overall a very nice selection of great UV shots!
