Those are nice cameras, I was looking at one yesterday that I think was about £40 ( UK ) and in lovely condition. They seem to perform well judging by those pictures.

I bought this camera for 600 rubles, the service cost 1,000 rubles.

You should find some more at those prices, I bet there's a market for a few.

i recently bought mine for 650CZK (around 35USD). lens have some marks on inside part of front element (probably condensated oil), but shutter works correctly and rangefinder-focusing is correctly coupled with lens. here is one result of sunday test, its f/32...

overall, great camera.

The first picture was great, the second one didn't do much to me, but the picture of the cat is stunning!

Very nice set of images. Can you upload a copy of the first image to the site? I would hate to see that one disappear.

What a perfect picture! Composition, exposure, shadows, colors ... Everything fits in so well!

Congrats, the 1600 roubles were surely well spent!

Do shoot more and post them here for our poor eyes that are dying for some sunlight and greenery

When I first got my Moskva 5, I fell in love with it… then I shot a roll and was disappointed to see heavy light leaking in more than half the frames.

Since then, I did some online searching and found that a baffle around the frame counter window goes a long way to stopping light leaks:

Then, colored indicator slits on the slider, blue/green for "OK to shoot" (frame counter window closed)

and red for "don't shoot, window open"

With those simple modifications, I successfully got through a roll of Ektar 100 without problems. Now I'm really liking this folder Smile
