You should be able to trigger with your 5DMk2 in body flash, no? Or, are you thinking of something else?

A 5D MkII does not have a pop-up flash and a 430EX II flash cannot act as a master, only as a slave
(you have to buy a 580EX II flash to get that feature).

There are many popular radio triggers, for instance the PocketWizard,
RadioPopper and Phottix Odin. See http://www.bellissimaphoto.co.uk/photographers/pocket-wizard-versus-phottix-odin-versus-radio-popper-flash-triggering.html.

If you are technically inclined, see http://arduino.cc/forum/index.php/topic,7793.0.html
or if you want a very capable trigger which is readybuilt, see https://triggertrap.com/.

Addendum: http://www.sylarena.com/#mi=1&pt=0&pi=4&p=-1&a=0&at=0 is a very
good site to learn more about flashes and Canon bodies.

Have fun!

How about having one 430EX II on top of the camera
and let it pop off your second 430EX II, located elsewhere?

430exii is only working as a slave...

Thank you for your suggestion would you recommend any specific model of Younguo for 5d mark II?
Found few on ebay:

- Yongnuo RF-603 wireless flash trigger C3 £25
- Yongnuo YN-622C Wireless E-TTL Flash Trigger £57 + sync cable £8

I believe this tow are only working as a triggers or transceiver/trigger ?
