Hi all,

After the recent shots with this combo turned out to be terrible (http://forum.mflenses.com/my-first-porn-picture-t50003.html), i had a few free hours today while the sun was still out and i took the nex7 + macro 30 3.5 out for a walk.

As usual, minimum post processing. Here are the results ->

The site seems to be facing issues at the moment, doesn't let me upload pictures. I get a error message "Image-directory is not writable"

I hope this message gets posted, i will upload the rest of the picture when the site stabilizes.

Hari, do you still have mamiya sekor macro? or maybe other macro manual lens. if yes, please make comparison with it.
The picture is ok, but I guess that bulky Volna 9 from you produce better

For non-close-ups I would recommend the Sigma EX 2.8/30 anyway.

Bottomline : nice lens. slow at f3.5 and kinda big but does a decent job and the bokeh is pleasant

It's cheap, light and given the crop factor, doubles up nicely as an allrounder.
