"EX" grade 56USD from keh.
I've been unhappy with my 135s, and like alot of us, I have too many. This one seems to be, well....you be the judge.:
It weighs 412 grams or so, which put me off in the past. But, while I have some pretty decent 135s: MD 135/3.5 (270 grams) OM 135/2.8 (330 grams), Steinheil Quinar Zebra 135/2.8 (370g and fine but sticky blades), nikon pre AI 135/2.8 and a Soligar 135/2 (which to my surprise, killed them all at infinity F/8 (nikon sat out test pending diet); They don't give me that last litte bit in the struggle to resolve infinity at 1 to 10 miles---that I see in the leica 90 tele-elmarit and the nikon AIS 180ED & 55/2.8.
Well I don't have to carry any extra 90 gram adapter so the weight difference turns out to be not so great
the burro:
(above leica 50/2 v4)
the jury is out, and I will maybe do some shoot offs, but this lens lives up to it's cognoscenti legend---so far.....in our early love stages..hehe.
This may be the most LTM lens for the lowest market price there is
To get better I might need the leica 135/3.4 APO at a mere 3300USD _________________ Making MFlenses safe for the letter *L*
