Wow, very striking! Not bad looking out-of-focus areas too. They have a nice soft, warm look to them.

And the lens -- my favorite 135mm! I gotta get me another one.

Looks like it was a picture that was not easy to capture. The colors are very bright and pleasing.

Thanks everyone. I really liked how it turned out.

@mmelvis It wasn't too tricky to take. I just spot metered off the front lantern and kept changing the exposure compensation until the background was more or less black.

I took a lot of photos at this festival. I haven't been through most of them yet. But if any of them are any good, I'll post them up.
