As usual hooked on the Contax PC bellows, f/11 for both of them, second one I was up on the ladder with the tripod and column extended at maximum.

The image of the Daisies! Shocked Breathtaking, and I love everything
about it: the color, the depth of field, and the bokeh. It is a shot that I
would LOVE to have made. It's really beautiful. Exceptional.

Thank you Larry! Much appreciated.
I love it too. It's the next candidate for a 24X 36 print.
The lens itself is amazing. It's quite cumbersome to work with, you know, tripod, bellows, etc, but it worths the pain. Rolling Eyes

The first one is perfect.
I find the second one a bit confused, subject is too messy and does not stand out in my opinion.

Thank you Orio!
You're right about the second. I used "dense" instead of "messy". It's a simple choice of words. But that's exactly the feature that made me photograph the branch.

I agree with Orio on the second image.

But....that's why we take more than one image at a time, right? For me, I
take maybe 100 shots, then pick out the good one. Of course, when
anyone asks, I just tell them I took that one snapshot! Laughing No, not
really, but sometimes it's tempting.

A 24x36 with that COLOR? Wow!

Who do you use for enlargements?

I use Aspen Creek because they seem to have a lot of specials going on.
I have also used MPix with very good luck.
Also, have used Adorama at times - they do a good job for the price.

I have a 30x40 of some red Poppies from Adorama over my fireplace,
and I must say it looks nice. Nothing like COLOR to make an
impression. And that's why I think your Daisies will print very well as
a large print.

When anyone desires a print, I use Aspen Creek because they
give outstanding results, and they do a little more than most
to ensure that the print is well done.

I use Frames by Mail for my matting and framing. Easy to order, with a
good web interface. They also take just about any kind of payment,
including PayPal.

Thank you! And I didn't touch the colors or the sharpness. On the contrary, what I have on my screen, has more contrast than what you see.

Larry, for the enlargements, I had good results with this company - http://www.provisia.ca/en/ -, and for canvas I used canvasondemand.com. Shipping is killing me though.
