1. Flektogon 35mm : 2.8
2. Mir24H 35mm f2 (at 2.8.)
3. Mir1b 37mm f2.8

I made a tilt shift adapter out of mir1b lens because of incredible bokeh:

The last one is incredible Shocked How did you do your tilt adapter ?

If all taken from the same spot, does this suggest Flek is also 37mm? Very interesting tilt effect. I too would like to see how you accomplished it.

Great use of the mir 1B's oof swirl. It's much harder to get with the mir than the helios.

camera wasn't directly on the same spot (zeiss was few cm closer), but as far as I can see, zeiss has a little smaller bokeh circles than other two at same distance
I'll post pictures of adapter later, I'm very busy right now.

The MIR-24 N looks good! Good close focus too (0.24m right?).

H is the Cyrillic character for N, so the correct designation is MIR-24 N 2/35.

Wrong thread! There is one for "crazy bokeh lenses" Wink

You are right, its Мир-24Н so its N. I actually know this alphabet for a long time, but I wasn't aware.

Its a great walkaround lens, nice colors, close focus is really good, but zeiss Flektogon has the same close focus capabilities. Мир-1b has bad close focus, but since I use tilt shift adapter I can go to macro if I want

Adapter is similar to this one http://forum.mflenses.com/viewtopic.php?t=27718&view=next , just the lens is stripped(I removed mount and focus ring system) so the real element can go deeper in a camera therefore achieve infiniti while shifting. Yes I did hit mirror several times:)

I wouldn't worry about it. The manufacturer sometimes mixed the two alphabets ....

Out of these three, I'd pick Mir-24 any day Smile

You have bad copy of Flek? Or this surprises me....

That doesn't look the same a the images that come out of my Flek, but it is the later F2.4.

Out of the 3 samples I'd have to pick #3. Russian lenses never cease to amaze me.

For me just the opposite... I like bokeh from #3 - Mir1b the most, followed very closely by the Flek. Colors are also much better with them.

Btw. nice composition. Wink

I agree that the colors on the Flek and Mir1B look better; Mir24 is very warm. I wonder how close you can get them with some PP/WB correction.

Oh, OP has a relatively rare thing (iron kettle).

Sorry for not the bokeh impression.... Laughing

I own both Mir-1 and Mir-24.
The 24 is SOOOO much better. Its really hard to explain it.
The build quality is good, minimal focus is 0,3m, so you can really use that smoooooth bokeh.
The 1 is just compact, thats all. Dont like the aperture system, the focusing ring is to close to the camera, minimal focus distance is 0,7m.

Im gonna develop some photos from the 24 soon. Then I can say more about the picture quality.
Edit:
Picture with Mir-24M from my 30D and another one.

You can get them right, believe me as a Mir-24 fan Smile

Bokeh is much smoother, doesn't drag that much attention as bokeh of flek and mir1.

There is a version of Mir-1 with minimal focus distance 0.24mm: Mir-1A.
It is pretty rare and maybe not so cheap, but amazing.

Few samples:
