So more or less 16mm film - should be suitable for m4/3 i guess.

i haven't seen an adapter for krasnogorsk lenses. it's not c-mount, but special russian mount for movie cameras

It's lens for 16mm cine camera, but initially developed for 35mm rangefinder cameras. With minimal lathe work lens block of Vega-9 perfectly fits into the Industar-61L/D barrel.

Optical design is Biometar-like, 5 lenses in 4 groups:

Thanks guys.
Now i wonder does it make sense to get obe of those lenses. The other primes from the Krasnogorsk will be too wide for m4/3 i guess but this should work.

I just bought one of these for next to nothing, now I need to find a cheap I-61 to rob the barrel from! Smile

What other barrels will it fit, J8 or I-26 also do?

Krasnogorsk movie camera had 2 differents mount, at least K-3. Once I had in my hands Meteor 5-1 for K-3, it has M42 mount, but I was not able to find the correct distance from sensor. Well, I was in a shop, so I didn't want to looks like a crazy guy spending an hour trying to adapt a 15 euros lens on his cam Very Happy . K-3 also used bayonette mount, which looks like the case for this lens.

Thx for the tip about I-61 L/D!

The one I bought has a quite deep smooth barrel at the back, looks like the Konvas mount, but probably isn't just similar.

Bought one some weeks ago. Going to put it into a C-Mount Adapter.

My lens arrived, and it was so simple to just unscrew the optical block.

Now I just need to find an I-61 barrel.

Does it have to be an I-61? Will an I-26 or J-8 barrel also suffice?

Vega 9 + Ricoh GXR + RPP
It is simply screw in helicoid Jupiter 8, but without infinity

Sony a7 with Vega-9 (the front ring of the label is removed to eliminate vignetting).
