I kinda like the Visionar lenses.

Great comparison, thank you! Is it right to assume that Soviet projection lenses and Visionars are equal in sharpness, and the difference is that Visionars give a milder, creamy bokeh while Soviet ones give clear circles?

exactly! Soviet lenses giving clear circles and actually I don't like it. More blurry circles are better for my taste

Well, looking closely at the results, it needs to be seen that the effect described
(i.e. the softer bokeh bubbles) is mainly an effect of the overall higher speed of
the Visionar lenses as compared to its russian brothers.

An another factor is the distance of the background as compared to the foreground.

I thought about a number to define that and f/f-speed comes into mind: here the
one with the highest number wins, the Visionar 109mm f1.6 and that correlates
with the softest bokeh
