I just found this one eBay. Is it genuine engravings or someone just painted color on it?

My guess painted at home, a factory painting is professional looking, fill letters perfectly.

I've never seen the face markings other than white on UV Topcors.
It rather looks home made.
However, it doesn't harm. Wink

Looks like it was coloured for fun, a Q-Tip with Isopropyl alcohol could remove it as it doesn't look like paint.
