Some of E-P2 users like myself are curious about how good or bad is the new E-P3.

I have been fortunate to be given one to play with 2 weeks before the world-wide launch and I want to share my sincere views at http://www.scribd.com/search?query=koonyik

My humble SOOC pictures are downloadable at http://www.flickr.com/photos/9362016@N03/

Pardon my choice of the photo scenes as I can only take in my home country.

Thank you and hope I have contributed to the community.

Good day.

Sounds interesting.. unfortunately the first link doesn't work.

And ? what is your opinion .. is there a significant difference in picture quality?
How is the dynamic range of E-P3?

Please accept my apologies for my late reply and am sorry that the scribd link does not work for you.

Another way to get the ebook is a 2 step process, i.e. load up www.scribd.com and then search using keywords 'koonyik'.

Yes, I feel the IQ has improved.

One of my favourite is http://www.flickr.com/photos/9362016@N03/5889147729/in/photostream/lightbox/. As you can see the tonal range from the very bright sun spot on top of the red car to shadows which are still visible is unbelievable from a little PEN.

The colour rendering is so also delicious. http://www.flickr.com/photos/9362016@N03/5887565701/in/photostream/lightbox/

One of its biggest gain that is not talk about is PEN's better compatibility with 4/3 lenses. Olympus is replacing its E-xxx with the PEN so the PEN is getting better and better, and more like DSLR quality. Olympus is not making the PEN to compete with others better but making it better than its DSLR as it is replacing them.
