Before I bought Leica R 90/2.8, I put the bid on Rolleinar 55mm f1.4 lens. I put the (required) minimum as my max, $9 with $9 S&H.

And I just got the mail, "... won the 55/1.4 Rolleinar...".

Its Rollei mount, and I am sure cant do infinity focus. I bought Rollei Planar 50/1.8, and sold for that reason (yes, can be used for some purposes, but already owns lot o 50mm).

This is (exactly) same lens as Voigtländer Color-Ultron AR 55mm f1.5 lens, manufactured by Mamiya (Mamiya 55mm f1.4 is one of the best lens I own)...

Hoping to test in 2 weeks time...

I am keeping now.. one think I am not able to understand, as its Mamiya equivalent lens (both Voigtländer and Rolleinar), how come these are manufactured in Germany. Although the aperture mechanism looks same. But other physical similarities are not that same.
