Is anybody can help me which mount is this ?

If it's huge (60mm across the barrel at the bayonet) it looks like a Praktisix/Pentacon Six/Kiev 60 mount. If it's smaller (about 53mm across the barrel at the bayonet), then a Praktina 35mm SLR. The mounts are very much the same except for the size.

I first thought of P6 too, but at a close inspection of my P6 lenses, they appear different.

Diameter of barrel ~51mm a Novoflex pistole grip end.
