They do get MF gear and their secondhand stock is listed on their website, and they do a fast mail-order service. My experience has been that their descriptions are honest to the point of pessimistic. I got a Tamron SP 90/2.5 at a silly price (under £40 complete with NAI mount, delivered) which they said was cosmetically pretty poor but ok for using if I wasn't too fussy. The optics and mechanics turned out to be 100% and the cosmetics by no means distressing. And with a guarantee and the offer to return it for a refund if it was too scruffy for me. As Granny used to say, "You can't beat that with a stick".
Not sure about how they'd handle international sales, but you can always ask.
