I tried the Angenieux 35-70mm f2.5-3.3 on the 5D MkII when I went to Tournai (Belgium) at the beginning of august.
Weather was quite good, sunny but cloudy. Light was "creative"...

#7 for me, nice picture of Tournai's belfort.
Next time you're around here would be a good opportunity to meet (et de se payer une p'tite mousse sur la Grand'Place ) _________________ The gear I use : Pentax K200D, a few Tamron, Pentax, Nikon and Russian lenses (Modded Sony DSC-V1 for Infrared)

Yes ! By the way the ancient "Postes" sign still makes think about postal service. But it's a shop by now _________________ Happy owner and user of :

Thank you all.
Hexi, I didn't have much time as I was here to find a student appartment for my oldest daughter who is going to study photografy in Tournai, and as it was not raining, we didn't go into the cathedral.
It will be for another time, the one when I will have a beer with you and Jieffe... #7 is also my fav because of special light and the people passing by. In a way, it reminds me old postcards.
Peter, I'm happy they please you. I'm quite happy with the Angenieux effects on the 5D˛. Some look soft but when you look closer, details are really there !

Thank you Moira.
I'll post a link in the "challenge".
I don't know the story behind the statue.
I understand that the young fellow guides the others who surely are blind.
Maybe it has something to see with Tournai's story. I would say in Middle age.
Jieffe, any precisions about this statue ?
Have a nice day. _________________ Olivier - Moderator
