One of my recent threads, dealing with differences between Provia and Velvia by using images of the Canada Coast Range, has brought up the topic of Topcon cameras.

I am finding myself more and more interested in this underrated series of bodies and lenses.

Does anyone in the forum own Topcon gear? I would love to see any collections that someone may have!

Hi Laurence,

have here few Topcon UV lenses. Nice lenses but the cam I own too is to old. It´s not a real pleasure to take pics with this combo.

Topcon UV is underrated due special mount, but Topcor Re is not underrated in my opinion lenses , bodies fetch quite high price.

I had only one lens , Topcor 100mm f2.8 Navy

I have a Topcon lens too a 35mm f2.8 I did never try it out, due I can't mount it.

Hi,

I have two Topcon Unirex, with 2 50mm and a 100mm Topcor UV lenses.
One of the bodies doesn't work (the shutter is not armed), but the second body should work fine ... I will check next week-end if i get some spare time (lately, a quite rare opportunity Evil or Very Mad ) ...

Cheers
