I've been trying to find out the exact mount for this lens but I am coming up short. Anyone know the mount thread?

The only thing I found is a M47 thread??? The flickr member here says Tokyo Koki for some reason made a funky thread mount.

Can anyone point to anywhere I can get a machine shopped EOS adapter(s) custom order on the East Coast preferably in NYC or MA?

Preferably someone who can measure the threads and diameter and create an EOS mount for me to use.

Here is my lens:

I have you tried a normal T mount yet?

I tried a T mount from another lens but the minetar thread is too wide for it. It is not able to screw on.

The flickr member is me. Small world.
Minetar was one of Tokyo Koki's house brands, along with Tokina. The company later was renamed Tokina, just like most of the other Japanese companies renamed themselves after their trademarks. Nippon Kogaku - Nikon, etc.
Yes Tokyo Koki/Tokina for a time had its own proprietary interchangeable mount system for preset lenses. This was indeed a copy of the Tamron t-mount but with a 47mm thread. Other makers also had proprietary mounting systems like Kilfitt and Komura.
This lens is an average piece of its day. It really isn't worth going to the trouble, unless you are a collector. There are lots of decent preset 135/2.8's available for next to nothing. You can find the same Tokina lens in t- mount under many other brands too. In the US look for Vemar and Lentar, just to start. Most of the third party lenses of the time were sold rebranded.
