I finally found nice thin mirror replacement option. Question: i get minor echo / double vision on screen.
It is not really too bothering being 95% transparent. Better seen in sunny conditions.
I wonder why, since prior to mine there was similar mirror inside: double mirror glued with backs together thus thicker
and not giving correct focusing info.

To replace a TLR mirror you would need a front surface mirror. I assume that's what you've got. But if it's only 95% reflective you would get a slight double from the remaining 5%. Perhaps that's the problem.

A camera repairman on another forum I frequent uses mirrors from Polaroid cameras. They, apparently, are perfect for the job and easy to cut.

I changed my Rolleicord mirror with one of these, at reasonable price, and it works perfectly :

About your echo problem, try to return the mirror to have front reflection instead of bottom.
Have a look at this video at 10'30" about the correct facing mirror without gap (same mirror as the one in the link above).
