Excellent Attila!! I have about 10 of those new in box left, already converted to fit c-mount adaptors... Wink
I call those "hidden gems" as hardly anyone knows how good they really are!

Try it out in IR - they are fully corrected to 1000nm (!!) with no focus shift.

I bought those long ago as I knew how good they are already then. The whole series is fantastic.

Great photos, the color from that lens is excellent. How old is it.

It was used by and made for the DDR border control between West and East Germany (GDR) - go figure.

Attila, does that lens cover the NEX (APS) sensor?

I did try it out without proper adapter I just kept lens before camera, I think it is cover it or it has very, very minimal vignetting.

Tried to measure it, 28-30mm rough image diameter estimate I got. NEX needs 28.1mm, so it might well work.

Re-measured it today and got 31mm image diameter, so it should work.
