Super pictures.

I love my OM 100 f2.8. It's a great lens and very compact. Looking back to my notes when I did my semi-scientific test of mine on my Olympus E3, I made the following conclusion:

"In summary, the lens is fully useable at all the tested apertures from f2.8 to f11. Performance is very good to excellent. Even at f2.8, the results are sharp. F4 improves just a little in absolute terms but subjectively makes a bigger overall difference. Sharpness seems to peak at about f5.6. Contrast is always good and there was never any obvious CA."

Basically a terrific lens!

Mark

I really like that kind of focal length, I'm in love with my Tamron 90 / 2.5. The Rokkor 100 / 3.5 is fabulous but it's a big chunk of glass to carry around. Olympus made cameras and lenses with a certain delicacy, I'm a very late convert to the OM stuff but I do like it. And this lens is now on my wanted list. Lovely pictures, the colours are terrific, the dead leaves and the miner are gorgeous.
