Taken with the Auto Sears (TOMIOKA) 200mm 3.5 on a Nikon D7000 so images could be better. I'm working on going pentax. Anyhow are some pictures.

I started to like this lens despite it's stiff focus. I wanted to keep it but I tripped and dropped it on it's front element and shattered it. I'm now looking for a new one.

I see good results. Color, detail and contrast quite valid. Nice shots.
Thanks for sharing.

Nice photos. Could you show the photo of lens. Google image scroll mostly shows Tokina variant.

Is Tomioka the name before Tokina came into existance? The lens said Tomioka on it.

Tomioka and Tokina are 2 different manufacturers.
In the first post you said it is Sears, the lens in the link you gave is also Sears. Can you please post images of your lens?

My macro Yashinon 60/2.8 has Tomioka on it as well but the Sears lens I posted above does not. Would love to see a pic of your lens if you didn't trash it.
