I guess you have already thought about using 2 adapters...
Adaptall2 -> OM and OM -> 4/3
or
Adaptall2 -> M42 and M42 - 4/3

I believe Tamron stopped making Adaptall-2 mounts before the Oly 4/3 mount was finalized.
