well i think the heli was put outside it genuine position, thus not letting it turn..
please watch this video where i try to let you see what the issue... after i disassembled the lens

another thing is that i cant remove aperture ring! there is a ball inside there, and that ball doesnt let me: 1.remove the aperture ring 2. put it back to its original positing!

i did it..
i used alot of rust remover (WD) then i let it sit for a few houres and added more WD then with alot of force the heli started moving untill i managed to seperate everything apart. then cleaned all the old lubricant with alot of alcohol then with a brush,and then i managed to put back the 3 helicoids in position together, and the lens works! and its a monster!! i will post some images now...

Well I have a stuck focus on a lens too so I just look after good tips...
