Last week I acquired the Tamron Adaptall 2 f3.5 200mm. All these shots are f4
I can’t fault the lens. Good performance, close focus to 1.7 meters. Not heavy or too big, huge focus ring, and a useless but better than nothing little built in lens hood. A little lighter than the 200mm f4 Super Takumar and feels nicer. Performance seems to be about the same but maybe the Tamron has the edge at f4.
There is something about using a prime rather than a zoom. Might be it's just another thing you don't have to do (Zoom) but there is for me more satisfaction when using?

I didn’t do it.

Definitely nice!
The first picture seems to show quite an intimate moment. Is she crying?
It is a great pic. I hope she doesn't mind being shown here.

She's either crying or allergies are flaring up! LOL Great snaps, Rob, luv
the vivid colors in #1. My first Tammie is going to be the 90/2.5 macro,
when I can find it.
