Hi all..

I am new to Manual Focus Lens. I just bought a Tamron Adapt-a-matic lens 200-500mm F/6.9. I however have a EOS body and am not sure if there is a adapter for the same. Different website gives conflicting information.

I am a totally confused newbie

Krish

Hello and welcome!

You can use an Adaptamatic Nikon F mount with Nikon->EOS adapter, or Adaptamatic Pentax U (M42) adapter with M42->EOS adapter.

This particular model doesn't appear too often, and our resident Adaptamatic collector (Luisalegria) has been looking for this one to complete his set...there may be some jealousy Laughing

Please keep us imformed as to how you get on Smile

I've seen couple of them a month ago on ebay.
I think one was in 200$ area. The other one 400-450$.
I've read a few reviews because I've seen one locally for sale couple of weeks ago.
Heavy, bulky, dull colors, no sharpness.
