Hello. Got this lens. It is M39 mount lens, with 4 leaf auto aperture. Mounted on the bellows with flash holder and Canon FD adapter. Never seen such version before, any ideas?

The bellows says HAAG-STREIT BERN, SWISS MADE. There's M39 extension ring between lens and bellows and it says NORING Germany. Bellows has strange bayonet mount, and adapter says CANA Germany.
