Hello everybody,
I found in Ukraine this soviet/ukranian (from Kiev Arsenal) for almost nothing, because it had 3 glasses covered by fungus. I cleaned it yesterday, and tested it today.
I always thought that most of old zoom lenses were crap. Well, I won't say that this Granit is top sharp (and border are not good), but I have been positively surprised by the result I got.
All shots are wide-open. Basic raw adjustments.

I'd say it's a fine lens that can be compared favourably to most other lenses in this class, and talking of 'class' - that Mercedes is fabulous. _________________ LENSES & CAMERAS FOR SALE.....

One of the few Soviet zooms to counter millions of Japanese. Seems a competitive performer. _________________ ---------------------------------
