As far as I know, all but one of these preset lenses were sourced from Tamron and have "T..." serial numbers.
The exception, I believe, is the 180mm f/3.5. I haven't found much information about this 180 and I think the manufacturer hasn't been identified.

The cover of the leaflet appears to show the 180mm name ring with a "T..." serial. But the copies of this 180mm version I've seen all have a "WL - ..." serial. And its styling and construction seem different from the Tamron made Soligors.
Tamron had a 180mm f/3.5 lens of their own at that time, so it's curious that Soligor was sourcing a different lens.

Hmm. That 180 in the above link stops down to f/16 while the leaflet specs say f/32.

Luckily, I also found a companion print advertisement from the February, 1964 issue of Popular Photography Magazine so I could assign an approximate date to the lens leaflet:
