I don't know if some of these would be the correct size for lenses or not.
Has anyone seen this yet?

Interesting thanks. I think most lenms screws are less than 2mm diameter. I see they have some M1.6.
I bought a jewellers thread plate with all sizes from 0.7mm to 2mm, along with a set of taps which ought to be able to cut all common threads for lenses (I hope). I have yet to try it out though |

If you don't mind me asking, where did you get it from? _________________

I purchased mine HERE, but they are available from several suppliers. As I say, I am hoping that these are the right sizes for lens screws, but my household is in a huge upheaval at the moment and I haven't had a chance to try them out I also bought a quantity of piano wire off ebay to make screws from. The standard wire gauges are only a few 1/100 mm off each even numbered size. |
