Great weather yesterday, so I took the chance to bring my spec.
equipment and give it a try...

A refreshing and quite interesting series! I like the choice of subjects and the very large DOF.

Agree, excellent macro! Cool I did notice a "little" vignetting, though. Just
kidding. Wink The colors of the spider contrast nicely with the green.

Thanks guys! Well, that lens system vignettes, has a very unusual DOF, but large FOV, plenty of CA, is terribly expensive (like two ZF100mm)...
but is does what other lenses can't and that's the main reason for me.

Q: how big is the spider in the first set?

Thanks guys!

The spider was rather large, 1/2" body (w/o legs) and total 1.5"
if I remember correctly. I think it is Araneus diadematus a
common large spider here with a cross on its back.

Most insects are not interested in or scared by that lens contraption..
