Another evening walk catching the last sun rays, this time using the Schneider Xenon f1.9 40mm (all shot fully open) on my Lumix GH1.

Now, this is really interesting! A Robot lens on a digital body!
What happened to the highlights in the second image (>> sky)?

blown, so I could get the sheep head on that fountain correctly exposed... (the sun was setting right behind that)
OR do you mean that one instance I found using that lens showing a somewhat swirly bokeh?

Klaus- can you post a photo of the lens? I wasn't aware that Robot made any cine cameras/lenses...

mine is a late version (black, 13 xxx xxx serial no.) which is multicoated,
the older ones are not and much less contrasty.
