If the IQ is as good as its appearance, you can make some nice pictures!

That one's a real beauty, looks like a 50s model and M42 too. Also I cant see Edixa on it so its the full Schneider K.

You should get some great shots with this.

Get busy Smile

Could it have been paired with the Pentax S1 that came in the same bundle?

Can't say for sure but its from 56/57 and is a real treasure.

Check out Matin padded bags on ebay they do an XXL which fits, if it didnt come in a case

It came in its fully leather brown case...a nice bit of cow lined with velvet!

Depends on the price...but yes I am already looking. I first have to get some more lens space sorted...I ran out, and with this lens it needs some space.

A few hand held samples until i can get the tripod sorted out.I used the Pentax neck strap as a brace and took a lot of shots at ISO 400,a lot of PP to adjust contrast and color, the cat was in strong shade and just would not cooperate, the grass behaved itself. The lens got heavier and heavier Laughing I am going to try some distant shots tomorrow.

50 plus shots, and practice using the tamron SP500 mirror over the years, although this lens strained the arm and neck Laughing

Mine is coming next week. I was the only bidder $299, in excellent condition. M42 mount. How do you like the lens?

I do like it,there are issues with softness (mine has internal fungus on the front element so its not mint) and some CA but as you stop down and use PP it's managable. I look forward to seeing how your images turn out,and $299 I would think is a good price.

Its my snapshot lens, for when I want to take casual pictures and travel light.
