Very much so.
It is well made, easy to use and very good optically.
You won't be disappointed I think.
Here are a couple of other images taken recently - I was celebrating the rain after such a long dry spell.
Both shot wide open I think

Congrats.
That's a very fine and good lens.
I have 2 samples I got with 2 Edixa-Mat bodies. One body was a wreck, the other one was fine and has been used in a movie as part of the equipment of a photograph character.

The Edixa-Xenar is very sharp and colorfull. I like it a lot.

Sharpness,colours, contrast. Typical from a Tessar when it is well ingineered.
I have the same type of images with my SMC 50 f4 macro.It has no CA.
