We have had an extended period of extremely hot weather here, with the temperatures reaching and surpassing 40 degrees C.
Today was the first day in a while where daytime temps had become milder.
I decided to spend some time around our pines, as they have been least affected by the heat.
I used the Komura and these are some of the results.

Obviously not from a pine but I couldn't resist this "floating" leaf

Good lens Thomas? The pictures are good, but you do get the best out of any lens, Wink

Thanks everyone.
This is the pre-set version of the lens with 12 aperture blades

I like this lens Lloyd and yes, but I have to be careful of the light and where I point it. It really needs a hood and I have been meaning to get one but haven't gotten around to it.
As you can see, it is not bleeding edge razor sharp, but very good nonetheless and I like its character

Further to Lloyd's question.
Here are a couple of sample shots at wide open and at f5.6 for comparison.
No PP except to change to .jpg for export
