Sankor was a trademark used by Nissin Optical.
They sold a line of lenses in the 1960s under their own brand name as well as under importers names like Accura and Spiratone.
They were one of a dozen or so third party lens makers that entered the SLR market at that time, Tamron Sigma and Tokina are the only ones still in the business, the others closed shop or got out of that market. I believe Nissin Optical is still around.
The 135/3.2 is not uncommon. The 135/2.8 and 135/3.5 are more usual.
They had 28mm to 400mm preset lenses in their line, the early ones in fixed mounts, but later all in T-mounts. They went on to make a limited range of Auto lenses in YS interchangeable mount.
