Lovely work
This lens has been on my wish-list for a while but it was put on a back shelf after I was bitten by the manual focus bug... _________________ Gary

I just noticed this thread for the first time in ages, I also notice how dumb I looked.
This lens is, of course, manual focus, but I wasn't aware at the time of my previous post. For some reason I thought it was AF.
I finally ordered one of these today and can't wait to start playing with it.
I see it's sold under several different names, I went for a Samyang-named one because I wasn't sure if the warranty works with other names. A 3yr warranty is not to be sniffed at. _________________ Gary

I was out for a walk with my Samyang 8/3.5 yesterday and grabbed a shot of the local castle sans tourists, that won't be the case for much longer....
7D, 3-shot HDR, developed with Nik HDR Efex Pro 2 and a little Topaz trickery.
I'm still getting used to the fisheye perspective, walking around with it stuck to my face and bumping into to stuff, ya know
