It's a Volna-3
for Pentacon 6.

I'm 100% sure that it's the Volna-3, I have the lens, it looks identical to the one in the picture except the numbers on my copy are yellow not green (a typical variance in many Russian lenses)

wild speculation: Is there a chance that the Volna-3 80mm is a Carl Biometar 80mm clone?
Erez

The chance exists, considering that the Russian have copied practically the whole Carl Zeiss Jena catalog of lenses.
I have both lenses, in my opinion the Biometar is slightly sharper wide open, but it's only a minor difference.
