This lens is much older than the current Samyang lenses coming out of South Korea, and marketed under many different labels including Vivitar, Rokinon etc
This is a "no-name" brand lens - made in Japan - maker unknown, as I have been unable to find much background on the older Rokinon lenses - maybe Komine, but not sure of that.
It is an excellent lens. Silky smooth mechanicals and very nice optics.
Not as sharp as some, but the overall package including colour, contrast and bokeh is very nice.

There was a forum server crash some years back and the images from before that time were lost.
Can you post some pictures of your lens here along with a picture of the rear mount and we will try to identify the mount for you.
